Notes
There continues to be a healthy demand for experienced insurance personnel in Northern Ireland, particularly for front office staff. Salaries have changed very little in the last 12 months. There is, however, significant differences regarding commission and bonus structures for sales staff and therefore remuneration packages should be assessed in their entirety rather than focussing purely on basic salaries.
Candidates continue to be encouraged to study for further qualifications and ACII qualified candidates are particularly sought after.
